New Basic Make-up Class

Hi Everyone!!!

We’re proud to announce “Nina’s Touch Hair and Make-up Specialist” Basic Make-up Classes has been a huge success. We are now launching our first Bridal Makeup Class, Photography and Portfolio Making and our teaching approach is completely different, more practical and hands-on compare to other schools. 

 
BASIC MAKE-UP CLASS P12,000
(for personal use only)
3-day course/21 hours
 
Inclusions: A set of personal make-up brushes and the makeup to use for the whole sessions using Marykay products. A Photo pictorial every sessions for headshots. Snacks and coffee… every session and dinner during the final session. Certificate of a 3day attendance by Nina’s Touch Studio. A 1.5 hour Image Enhancement session with our Image Consultant guest.
 
Day time Classes from 10am-5pm once a week (3 sessions) Evening Classes from 530pm-10pm (5 sessions) Saturday class from 10am-5pm (3 sessions) Pick your day and we will schedule for you!
 
Session 1 Brief history of make-up, the makeup icon Getting started- tools of the trade Proper skin care, sanitation and hygiene techniques Must-have makeup and how to maintain in its shelf life Function of the skin, different skin tone and types Secret to achieve a perfect canvas The importance of color wheel – color coordination Demonstration- the Nude Makeup- Less is beauty Student practice session
 
Session 2 Corrective makeup- highlighting and shading Facial structures and special features of the face Concealing skin blemishes and other skin imperfections Skin features, textures and colors How to conceal mature skins Demonstration- transforming daytime makeup to a glamorous night makeup Smokey eyes and eye liner techniques Male’s make and children’s makeover Student’s practice sessions
 
Session 3 Different brows designs that frames different shape of the face Tweezing techniques and proper measurements Threading techniques on removing eyebrow hair and lips Thin and thick eyebrows for a classic make-up look Lashes application- individual lashes, strips and party lashes Perfect red lips – matching and mixing from the lipstick palettes High fashion makeup- celebrity makeup
 
Highlights: IMAGE ENHANCEMENT (1.5 hours)
 
Topic 1: Personal Brand and Packaging (Learning Object: To recognize the value of grooming and dressing on personal identity) First impressions Hygiene Clothing Healthy and Wellness
 
Topic 2: Communication (Learning Objective: To learn the different ways to communicate and their effects on one’s personality) Facial Expression Verbal communication (using the proper words and sentences) Body language- hand gestures, postures, stance, walk Behavior and habits- handshake, business card etiquette, making and acknowledging introductions.
 
Students are given hand-outs during the class. Classes will be held at Nina’s Touch Studio, 146 Alfaro Place, Leviste St. Salcedo Village, Makati City.
